About

Hi! I’m Tori.

By day I am an education coordinator at a non-profit farm in central MA where I run programs to get kids excited about eating vegetables. By night I cook, read, and write. I like eggplant (so much), kale, eggs, all summer tomatoes, the creamiest brie, eating whole grapefruits, crusty bread just lightly toasted with a big smear of butter and crunchy salt, going raspberry picking and eating as many as go in my bucket, IPAs, bringing salads to parties, and eating produce off of the plant it grew on. Making the most of fresh produce is my foremost kitchen goal, followed closely by constantly trying new recipes. I am a master of none but lover of all cuisines.

And sometimes, I talk to plants.

You can keep up with blog posts on Facebook and the rest of my life on Instagram.
